No, I'm sorry. The safest way to keep my self and my team away from scams is to avoid mailing issues.
Can I get a free video?

Yes! There is a free 35 min yoga flow from my studio's YouTube channel on the homepage. I occasionally upload free 15-20 minute strength workouts to the home page as well.
How do I get free advice?

I can give you general advice but it's best not to give specific advice to people that I do not work with on an individual basis. Please contact the relevant medical professionals for any medical advice and consult exercise professionals (qualified and certified personal trainers or yoga teachers) for any one on one issues.
